I believe every person deserves to feel welcomed, respected, valued and safe, regardless of gender expression or identity, religion, culture, race, sexuality, physical ability, age, background, lived experience, or any other part of who they are.

I believe privilege brings responsibility. Those of us with a platform, influence, resources or opportunity have a responsibility to use those things well. That means challenging exclusion where we see it, removing barriers where we can, and helping create spaces where more people can participate, contribute and belong.

I do not accept discrimination, harassment, bullying, sexual harassment, or any form of offensive or harmful behaviour. Respect is not optional. It is the foundation of good leadership, good business and good community.

I am committed to supporting pro-social and environmental initiatives, and to increasing diversity and inclusion through the way I work, speak, write, lead, hire, collaborate, give and show up publicly.

I pay my respects to the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live and work, including the Bunurong and Wurundjeri Peoples of the Kulin Nations.
